Online training under the CILT Central Asia program

For the purpose of successful implementation of the “Practical course for coachers” program in Central Asia, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) holds regular training sessions. The program consists of 3 workshops, scheduled for March 17th, 18th and 25th, 2021. Training objective is to prepare future training specialists who will be involved as lecturers in further training programs.
CILT is interested in specialists engaged in transport and logistics sector to develop professionally, and acquire new experience, including coaching skills. Specialists of transport and freight forwarding companies who are the members of “Turkmen Logistics” Association have participated in the first online seminar. The speaker of this event was John Harris – Head of International Education Strategy and Business Development of CILT International who is also a qualified business coach and co-director of the Community Rail Partnership.
John Harris shared general information about this course, the importance of continuing professional development of skills, real-world examples in teaching and conducting lectures, and the upcoming changes in the global supply chain.
“Turkmen Logistics” Association will make further efforts in carrying out such events attracting more and more participants, promoting and improving professional competency, further training and development of Turkmen specialists in the transport and freight forwarding sector at the international level.
