For the full implementation of multimodal corridor, Turkmenistan has all the necessary infrastructure for rail freight, and the International Sea Port of Turkmenbashi is able to handle 400,000 containers every year, which completely allows the Turkmen part of the freight to be carried out smoothly.
According to the results of the videoconference, the parties remained interested in continuing work on the implementation of multimodal projects and moving to the interregional level of negotiations among the countries of Central Asia and Southeast Europe.
