Online lesson with students of the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.

On March 31, 2022, an optional online lesson was held on the topic “Transport and transit opportunities of developed countries that do not have access to the sea, initiatives of Turkmenistan in this direction”.
The lesson, organized as a part of the program of optional training sessions and seminars of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan together with the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, was attended by representatives of the Association “Turkmen Logistics”, teachers and students of the mentioned higher educational establishments.
The speakers noted that the transport strategy of Turkmenistan is based on the maximum use of geographic advantages, logistical opportunities and infrastructure to create large transport hubs of regional and continental importance on the territory of our country, which are designed to serve the cause of developing close international economic integration and cooperation. Creation of a modern, integrated, balanced and high-tech transport infrastructure is an objective imperative of our times, one of the priority goals of sustainable development. Its implementation meets the strategic interests of the entire international community, and can really contribute to the strengthening of world economic ties, stimulate investment activity, and effectively contribute to the growth of economic and social indicators on a global, regional and national scale. Sustainable functioning of transport throughout the country is a guarantee of the unity of the economic space, development of competition and freedom of entrepreneurship, improving conditions and living standards of the population, ensuring integrity and national security, and also integration into the global economic space.
By successfully implementing a constructive foreign policy strategy, our country is making a significant contribution to ensuring global peace and progress, achieving the global Sustainable Development Goals.
