Training conducted through a digital system.

On April 7, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a training course on transport diplomacy organized by the Educational Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan. The training was attended by the teaching staff and students of the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan through video communication. The training was held on the topic “Significance of the agreement on the Afghanistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey transport corridor (Lapis Lazuli) signed in Ashgabat in 2017.”
Sahra Amanova, Deputy Chairman of the “Turkmen Logistics” National Association, and Tachnabat Paytykova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, made presentations about the historical significance of the international multimodal transport-transit corridor the Lapis Lazuli direction connecting Europe with Middle East. During the training, the students asked their questions related to the topic.
