On June 20, 2022, a solemn event was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the presentation of certificates to students who attended an extracurricular course in transport diplomacy for the period of 2021-2022 academic year, which was organized as part of implementation of the Program for the Development of Transport Diplomacy of the President of Turkmenistan for 2022 -2025 years. The event was organized jointly with the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan. Representatives of the National Association “Turkmen Logistics” were invited to the event as honored guests and speakers.
Vice-rectors for scientific and educational work of both higher educational establishments delivered a welcoming speech to the students and teaching staff who gathered in the hall, expressing confidence that the knowledge gained by students about the transport policy and diplomacy of Turkmenistan will allow them to become good specialists in the future, who will make a worthy contribution to the development of transport and logistics industry of Turkmenistan.
During the academic year, university teachers and specialists of the National Association “Turkmen Logistics” held a course of lectures and a number of meetings, seminars, round tables on various aspects of the transport diplomacy of Turkmenistan, and also familiarized future specialists with the activities of the country’s transport and logistics companies.
Kerim Nurgeldiyev, a student of the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, expressed gratitude on behalf of all students, thanking for interesting classes, especially noting the usefulness of study tours to transport and logistics companies organized at the initiative of the Association.
At the end of the event, Certificates were awarded to the students-listeners, as well as letters of thanks to the management and members of the Board of the National Association “Turkmen Logistics” for their active participation in the educational program.
