On September 6, a meeting of business circles of Turkmenistan and Pakistan took place via video link.
The meeting was attended by 20 government and business organizations of two countries, and representatives of “Turkmen Logistics” Association were also invited. Main topic of the meeting was to discuss various areas of cooperation that will contribute to the development of trade and business relations between the two countries.
In his welcoming speech, Mr. Mohammad Asif Noor, Head of Pakistan Global Business Union, assured that this meeting will serve as the beginning of future mutual consultations between trade and business circles of the two countries. Also, Mr. Ahmad Ikram Lone, Vice-President of Pakistan Global Business Union, familiarized the participants of the meeting with the achievements and experience of Pakistan in the field of textiles, agriculture and industry.
At the bilateral business meeting, the sides noted the importance of holding such consultations and expressed interest in determining further areas of mutual cooperation.
