On December 6, 2022, a three-day regional seminar on the “Lapis Lazuli” transit and transport corridor, which was organized by the OSCE Center in Ashgabat, began its work in a mixed format. Along with the online format, representatives of the relevant structures and diplomatic missions in Turkmenistan were present for in-person participation at the “Yyldyz” hotel.
More than 30 representatives from Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey were invited to participate in the seminar. During the first day of the event, presentations and reports were made by representatives of state structures of Turkmenistan, diplomatic missions of Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan, as well as international experts from the OSCE.
