On 2-nd of March, 2023, representatives of the “Turkmen Logistics” Association attended online round table meeting “Electronic and navigation seals: the practice of application in the carriage of goods by rail”. The event was organized by the Secretariat of the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT), with the participation of the representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, railway departments and enterprises of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, government agencies of the Russian Federation and transport and logistics companies-members of the CCTT.
On the agenda of the event, special attention was paid to the implementation of the Agreement on the Use of Navigation Seals for Tracking Shipments in the Eurasian Economic Union dated April 19, 2022. Some participants were given the opportunity to share with their observations of the experiment on the use of navigation seals in mutual rail transport. The meeting continued in the format of a discussion, and the participants shared their views and optimal solutions for the implementation of mentioned electronic devices. Some of the legal acts, referred during the meeting, will be placed on the e-library of the CCTT (https://icctt.com/elektronnaya-biblioteka).
