From 16th to 31st of August 2021, an online course was held in the framework of the “Career and life formula (CALF)” program, which was developed and organized by the CILT – WiLAT Central Asia community with the support of the USAID Competitiveness, Trade and Jobs activity in Central Asia (CTJ).
The purpose of this course is to provide transport and logistics professionals with a unique opportunity to gain access to industrial trends, exchange experience with international top managers in this area and create a social network with other industry professionals. The course consisted of 11 modules, on various topics, both technical in nature and the development of personal professional skills. Topics covered include “Leadership and Strategic Management”, “Maritime Trend”, “Smart Mobility in Land Transport”, “Supply Chain & Omni Channel Retailing” and other relevant topics in transport and logistics.
Course participants had the opportunity to adopt experience and discuss with industry leaders, asking questions and learning the secrets of their success. The great benefits of the course are the issuance of an international certificate of completion for the full CALF (Hong Kong) course and the provision of an annual free membership in the global CILT community of professionals.
The “Turkmen Logistics” Association, being partners with the organizers of the course, provided an excellent opportunity for participation of Turkmen specialists in this training course.
