As you know all too well, in order to develop cooperation between CILT Central Asia and the “Turkmen Logistics” Association, a pilot project was launched to conduct a chain of webinars for freight forwarding companies. Today, within the framework of the “Business Support Program” (BSP), as well as the “CILT Corporate Membership”, supported by the USAID project on competitiveness, trade and job creation in Central Asia, the representatives of the “Turkmen Logistics” Association and CILT Central Asia carried out the final workshop for this quarter. A number of events under the pilot project were focused on doing business in the field of transport and logistics, the most relevant topics for improving and promoting companies to the international level in the context of implementing international rules were highlighted as well. The topic of this webinar is “Building an effective team and overcoming conflicts of interest in the organization.”
An invited speaker, CILT expert – Bilyalova Galiya – an expert with 12 years of experience in the field of logistics and management in foreign companies (“Atlas Copco”, “Hilti”), developer of professional transport logistics standards; operational manager of “BRUCKE” LLP has shared her experience and decision contents.
