On October 20, 2022, a maslahat was held on the topic “The state and prospects for the development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the Central Asian countries as an important factor in ensuring connectivity in the region”, at the Center for Strategic Investigations at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Maslakhat, which was organized by the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Investigations under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, took place in a hybrid format.
During the online meeting, questions were discussed about the state and potential for the development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the countries of Central Asia, as well as prospects and new opportunities for regional cooperation in the transport and logistics sector.
The speakers noted the importance of holding such conferences and expressed their interest in determining further areas of mutual cooperation.
