On February 11th, 2021 within the framework of cooperation between CILT Central Asia and “Turkmen Logistics” Association, was held another online seminar on the topic: “Human resource management (HRM)”. The invited speaker at this event was the expert of CILT Central Asia Tsoi Oksana. The event was attended by representatives of transport and logistics companies of Turkmenistan, which are the members of “Turkmen Logistics” Association. The purpose of the online seminar chains is to exchange information and experience in the field of HR management. Increasing the level of complex methods of influence on the employees of the organization, the purpose of which is to achieve the success of the company and its effective functioning in practice. The relevance of this subject is due to the need for proper management of personnel and the organization, its foundations are one of the components of modern management.
Joint events within the framework of the development of mutual cooperation serve as an open platform for discussing current issues in the field of transport and logistics, as well as exchanging opinions of experts and specialists.
