On May 17, 2022, an online video conference was held between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan. A wide representation of government agencies, private companies and enterprises made it possible to discuss a wide range of areas for expanding strategic partnership. In particular, in such areas as oil and gas, chemical, textile industry, agriculture and others.
The heads of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan, specialists from ministries and departments, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, directors of large state and private enterprises made presentations of their achievements and existing potential, the use of which may present a mutual interest.
Numerous presentations were devoted to using opportunities of transport and logistics sector of Turkmenistan and International Sea Trade Port of Baku.
The video meeting was held in a constructive manner, the participants showed interest in developing further cooperation and exchanged contacts.
