On June 8, 2022, an online working meeting was held between the transport departments of Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, the National Association “Turkmen Logistics” and OJSC “Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan”.
The railway transit possibilities of Turkmenistan and the main transport corridors used by the Czech Republic, which go to the Central Asian countries, were presented. The possibilities of making agreements on establishing flights between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic, as well as prospects for cooperation in the field of logistics services were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed thankfulness for the participation and confidence in further strengthening cooperation in discussed areas between friendly countries.
