On March 18, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a scientific-practical conference under the title “International Initiatives put forward by Turkmenistan on Transport Transit opportunities between Asia and Europe.” Organized by members of “Turkmen Logistics” Association and the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, as well as International Economic Relations faculty of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the conference was attended by representatives of the transport and logistics system of our country, members of the “Young Economists” scientific foundation, professor-teachers and students of higher educational establishments.
Deputy Chairman of “Turkmen Logistics” Association, Board member of “Turkmen Logistics” Association and Director of “Aziya ulaglary” Individual Enterprise Oleg Anokhin, and others made speeches and underlined that the business system of our country has reached new heights as a result of the policy successfully implemented by our Esteemed President to develop transport sector in the prosperous epoch of the powerful state. The speakers also noted that based on “Transport diplomacy development program of the President of Turkmenistan for the period of 2022-2025” the transport diplomacy carried out in our country opens up great opportunities for the development of our foreign policy.
During the scientific-practical conference, they mentioned about great importance of holding joint meetings, seminars, conferences and other events for exchanging experience and establishing direct business contacts, and expressed interest in holding such events more often in the future.
